A Proven System for Long-Lasting Epoxy & Concrete Floor Performance
Built on Preparation, Precision, and Performance
At Bureau Surface Solutions, our process is designed to ensure every floor we install performs at the highest level for years to come. We follow a proven, step-by-step system that prioritizes proper preparation, quality materials, and skilled installation — because great results don’t happen by accident.
On-Site Evaluation & Consultation
Every project begins with a detailed on-site evaluation. We assess the condition of the concrete, identify cracks, moisture concerns, and usage requirements, and discuss your goals for the space. This allows us to recommend the right coating system based on performance needs, environment, and appearance.
Professional Surface Preparation
Proper preparation is the foundation of every successful epoxy flooring system. We use industrial diamond grinding equipment to clean, profile, and prepare the concrete surface for optimal adhesion. Any cracks, joints, or surface imperfections are repaired at this stage.
Repairs & Surface Conditioning
After grinding, we perform necessary crack repairs, joint filling, and surface leveling to create a smooth, stable foundation. This step improves both performance and appearance while preventing future issues from transferring through the coating system.
Coating System Installation
Once the surface is fully prepared, we install the selected epoxy, polyaspartic, or specialty coating system. Each layer is applied according to manufacturer specifications and best practices to ensure strength, consistency, and performance.
Protective Topcoats & Finishing
Protective topcoats and sealers are applied to enhance durability, chemical resistance, and longevity. These finishes also determine gloss level, texture, and slip resistance based on how the space will be used.
Final Inspection & Client Walkthrough
Before project completion, we perform a final inspection and walkthrough to ensure quality, consistency, and satisfaction. We review maintenance recommendations and answer any questions so you know exactly how to care for your new floor.
